1. It adopts Infrared to solve work pieces positioning problem.

2. It can examine the magnetic intensity automatically. If the magnetic intensity goes beyond the preset limitation, it will stop magnetization and alarm, which ensures that every magnetized workpiece is acceptable product.

3. It can recognize magnetizing fixture and demagnetizing fixture automatically.

4. Siemens PLC control system is adopted, it can examine the running parameters and perform faults diagnosis automatically.

5. It adopts human-friendly design.

6. Thermocouples are equipped on the magnetizing fixture and demagnetizing fixture to monitor the temperature of fixture.
